So I got back from the showing of Moonrise Kingdom and I have to say it was absolutely brilliant! I seriously want to watch it over and over. I mean, I might have to go back to the belcourt and see it a few more times this week before I embark on my journey to the beach. I absolutely adored every aspect of the film! Also I’m feeling inspired to romp around town in 1960’s dresses with knee sock and saddle oxfords. Also, I must get myself a yellow samsonite suitcase. And binoculars. And I’m for sure going to make myself a raccoon pin like the ones the khaki scouts wear.
Why can’t my life be a Wes Anderson movie? But really though…
